I would wipe that www address from your image. You doxxed him and yourself. Some well-meaning pedes might take it upon themselves to RSVP on your behalf.

As for the invitation, I would decline and keep it sweet by saying that you'll be away on business or pre-booked holiday or something you can't possibly cancel. Don't upset him deliberately. Look after family, even though they don't make it easy!
