I've always liked supernatural events, which are generally adjacent to conspiracies. The first real conspiracy video I watched was a special on Fox probably around 1999. It was called Conspiracy Theory: Did We Land on the Moon?

I don't care whether it was real or not.

I wasn't even convinced that 9/11 was a conspiracy until I was told about tower 7...in like 2019.
