Y'all know what I spent my "stimulus" money on? Silver. Silver US coins, pre-1960s... pounds of the stuff. I liked the idea of turning fiat currency into something of real, intrinsic value. It's hidden away and I don't think about it or the current value of silver, it's NOT an investment and I have no intention of selling at a profit. It is PURELY a hedge against such time that our currency collapses altogether and we are in a barter economy, then silver will have actual buying power.
