Anyone deciding to use a FAM for bc, or TTA (trying to avoid -pregnancy) I highly recommend hiring a certified instructor for the specific method chosen, instead of trying to figure it out from pieces of information out there..

Courses are done online/zoom. South Korea has a strong history of and modern medical approach to vaginal steaming for women's health.. My wife wants to go there because she is also a steaming facilitator.
