The "fear mongering" must stop. There's not a damn think wrong with being prepared. Not only the Military, but Police, Fire, and all 1st Responders prep for a mass casualty event.

During the two World Wars and the 1962 Cuban Missile, there were mass preperations. If people don't get a grip, how the hell can they survive a real crisis if and when it does happen.
