There was a streamer in Russia not too long ago that was arrested after he killed his girlfriend by locking her outside in the freezing cold outside after a viewer donated money for him to do it. I bring this up, because I would bet the viewer who requested it was a hurtcore fan, as this has all the hallmarks. Real abuse (as opposed to consensual acts, like in BDSM) and death of people for money and the enjoyment of the viewer. This is just an example that we know about, but this "community" has been known about for a long time, it's just now it's getting the exposure it needs to be locked down and these people removed from society.
