The truth is no one knows, but people keep saying things in such a matter of fact manner.

This. Sorry, I can't give you hard proof. That's just my conclusion after seeing "Bill and Melinda's" recent photos and she looks like Kevin Kline in drag. Oddly enough, someone wrote obituaries for them in 2013. Yes it's all very strange, but I know patriots are in control.
