I agree that the whole shooting incident with AB was an act. (I always try to link this video as much as possible as proof it was staged)

If it was truly staged then AB is the key. Since it seems like she was in on it, she must either be alive and being hidden somewhere, or she was executed but the DS anyway afterward.

Nancy wanted to make sure there was extreme violence so she staged this event to guarantee it.
