WHAT IS THAT IMAGE ON THE RIGHT?

Are those chairs made for dwarves? I'm looking at a small, compact armchair right next to me, and based on the relative size of Joe and Jill next to these chairs and people, even these armchairs are bigger.

This appears to be doctored to hell.
