My advise to her is read the constitution and when she’s done re-read it ...... certified and inaugurated dosnt mean shit...... as soon as evidence is proven it’s awarded to rightful winner..looks like that’s a lame excuse coming ....”we didn’t know”

The constitution doesn't really talk about this at this stage. It had the fail safe of electors having to certify but they did that.
