That would be the gentleman who clearly brought Mrs Carter to the door in the original photograph - the one the Bidens were photoshopped into. Notice how Mrs Carter is very “engaged” with the unnamed gentleman, who is NOT paying any attention to the supposed visiting President and First Lady, and Mrs Carter seems much more interested in something happening on the street or in her garden than she is in saying her farewells to this illustrious couple on her front walk. Just hilarious!!
