Talked to a guy who works for Dollar general. He drives an hour each way to work. He stated the manager told him to figure out what he needed pay wise to work at this particular store. He named his price and they agreed. The whole time we were chatting he told me i could name my own price and start working ASAP.
Extension of unemployment benefits. Covid checks food stamps. Government teet stuff. My wifes company employs lots of people and for weeks after checks were sent out people just didn't show up for work. Mark my words those stimulus checks wont stop coming. IMO they'll send out another before Thanksgiving.
