ASU Requiring All Employees to be Vaccinated

My colleague is a full-time employee at Arizona State University. He just finished a meeting during which the leadership team informed everyone that they were going to require all employees to be vaccinated to continue working there, and that they were working w/ Gov. Ducey to enact legislation to make this possible.

What the actual fuck?

EDIT: Thank you everyone for providing me with resources and encouragement. I am sending them my friend's way, and I will update everyone as I learn more about this.
