Why don't you just tell them yes! I'm sure you been vacccinated against something in your life! If they don't specify COVID vaccine, but just asked if you been vaccinated you wouldn't be lying at all!

I'm a Born Again Christian and if they don't specify "Did you get your Covid shot yet?" and just ask "did you get your vaccination yet?" it's totally not a lie! So, you don't have to be very good at lying, because no lie was told!
