OK. Since it seems like no one has seen “White Squall,” the movie based on WWG1WGA, I’m going to lay out the plot for you.
SPOILER AHEAD: The film is a coming of age story about young men learning how to sail on the ocean. They spend several months sailing with a seasoned captain who they grow to respect, as well as each other. At the end of the film, one of the boys dies during a “white squall,” a supposedly fabled oceanic event. Due to this the captain loses his command and his ship. The crew is furious and sad, but the captain gives a speech like “you’re men now, go out and be men.”
I watched it a few years ago and it never sat well with me. It’s not your traditional “happy ending” movie. But sure enough, Trump lost his command and it seems like everyone is learning to become strong on their own. Ex. States passing election laws and anti covid passport laws. School boards are being overthrown. People are taking off the mask. You have to think, Trump’s deepest desire (if he truly loves us and this country) is for all of us to be as strong as possible. That is the most desirable outcome to ensure a positive future for our country.
Agreed. Great movie. There are many parallels with the movie and our movement. I found it interesting that the english professor on the boat recites "If" by Rudyard Kipling. That has been in Dan Scavino's videos of Trump. Also, the white squall had to be seen to have been believed. How do you show the people? They must see for themselves.
Also "The end won't be for everyone."
