Seems to work that way, generally. Of course, people lived a lot longer back then, too. Moses led the Exodus at 80, and went on a 40 year hike through the desert.
The Jews were slaves to the Egyptians for hundreds of years before Moses came along.
And Moses was born during a period of enforced "population control" by Pharaoh. (throwing the baby boys into the Nile)
