Just checked, you're 'right'ish... Looks like post' Brexit" GB has "Our" (yeah right!) own seperate delegation from the EU... So it's 8 now I guess - Plus India, who whilst not a member, it was VERY important to invite a delegation from the current (reported) epicentre of the new deadly strain. How else could they hope to sneak in another (4th) Wave to the countries they want/need it in?
