I’ve heard on good authority that parts of northern central and areas of the panhandle in FL are basically marshal law....they govern themselves and handle things as they need to be handled....good ol red blooded hard working Americans who don’t put up with any $hit and more often than not observe an eye for eye...seems like they are following our constitution more than most
