He was "Navy Reserve" public affairs officer. If I recall a very short stint before he was booted. He was not a submariner. I think the truth of it is that there is a sub base at Finger Lakes,...Seneca. That's probably as close as he ever got to a sub...unless he hitched a ride with jiz-lyn.
