Sorry, it's not a rule, just a way to help each other more efficiently parse what's useful. (And even if it was a rule the video is worth the watch for details enough to let it slide)

Seriously, you don't know how often people post something that's an hour or more long when it's really only a span of 10 minutes around the 40 minute mark that's even relevant.
