I've wondered about the version that needs to kept at zero degrees while in storage, what happens at the point of use if the substance is at zero when injected, wouldn't that cause a negative reaction in the human recipient?
being injected with a substance down at freezing point, directly into the blood supply cannot be beneficial can it ? what happens to the heart, brain and other vital organs at very low temperatures.
seems to be an un-realised attack vector.

Not a good lead. God created our body with the capability to adjust for temperature changes. Plus, 5-10 mL vs 4-5 L of blood; insignificant change in temp.
