Definitely Trump. Its a wide and high camera angle making it appear that hes thinner framed but look at him compared to the other people. Especially the guy to his left. Hes towering over them. Its just the weird ass camera angle. Im not opposed to the idea od body doubles, this just doesnt strike me as being one of those times.
