-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

I wonder if the doctor or clinic administering the jab could be sued. Just as a doctor can be sued for prescribing the wrong medication, supposed to be knowledgeable about what meds help or hurt this particular patient and not giving patients ALL the info so they can get INFORMED consent.

We can sue. People were not able to give informed consent.

The risks, benefits, possible side effects, long term effects were not explained fully so the person was not informed. That is malpractice.
