-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

Certainly false advertising. Take a look at the dictionary definition of safe. If the vax gives a rash to to out of a million that is not “safe”. It may be “safer” than the disease but to be safe there must be zero risk of harm.
