-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

How about those that actually distributed and administered it. There's some deep pockets there with all the healthcare places and pharmacies.
