-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

The FDA,CDC AND NIH are funded with taxpayer money. Sue them to pay off lawsuits with our tax money? That's like Congress paying off sexual assault offenses with tax money. Retarded
