-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

That is the entire Food and Drug Administration. Nix em and anyone that has ever worked with them. But this top down and bottom up shit only works on buildings, it needs to be as many as possible at all sides as soon as possible.

Liken it to drug dealers. Knock out the top and someone else takes over the top, knock out the bottom and someone else takes over the bottom. Take out the supply, someone makes a more dangerous synthetic.

Solution? Is there one?
