-not a lawyer but fraud vitiates EVERYTHING contractually - thus if the VX makers intentionally lied for approval that should invalidate any protections against claims... Just like Biden is toast for election fraud... Think about it, what is the point of a legal agreement if one side can knowingly mislead/lie/fraud the other...

Also, if anyone's doctor recommends and pushes the shot that then causes harm - they're a target as well.

What I can't figure out is why companies think they will escape liability if someone becomes ill after being (economically) forced to get injected due to "company policy". They have no legal protection.
