Your energy is misplaced, and your assertion is incorrect.

"Criticizing a Jew" is not "by definition, anti-Semitic." I don't think anyone here believes that. It is, however anti-Semitic if you are criticizing them BECAUSE they are Jewish. Even those who are racist against Jews should have no problem with that statement, as they have no problem being anti-Semitic. Only Leftists are ignorant enough to believe that the mere critique of a Jewish person is anti-Semitic, and even then I'd argue they don't actually believe that, but use it as a tool that is preferable to thinking.

George Soros is a perpetrator of evil, and is also Jewish.

Dennis Prager is a proponent of individualism and free-thinking, and is also Jewish.

Hating the actions of Soros is not anti-Semitic. Disagreeing with Prager is not anti-Semitic. Hating either one of them is un-Christian, and hating on the basis of their ethnicity or heritage is anti-Semitic.
