I still plan on watching Godfather 3 but can anyone give their insight on what Q means when he uses it? Is he referring to the plot of the movie? Certain characters or famous quotes?

The movie was on paramount+ a while back, now it’s gone, Godfather 1 and 2 are still available though, I wonder why
