It would have to be, right?

Do dog comms communicate who "owns" you? I think that's what symbolsanon has said about Obama's dog, Bo, and Biden's dogs. They haven't ever explicitly said that that's the system, though, it might be more complicated.

Dogecoin could mean that Musk is owned by coin (money?) The moon usually refers to hidden information.
