You know, the "reproductive health services" part of this quote equates to abortion, and I feel why this comment hasn't red pilled more, especially those who are pro-abortion.
In fact, I've seen people on Reddit make that very argument. Of course improving access to reproductive health services AKA abortion has the potential of lowering the population.
