Ummm - much ado about nothing.

Wealthy people own more than one house. During the time of year when it is too hot in Florida, for example, they live in one of their other houses where the weather is cooler... And people think that is a "NJ phase" of the plan???

It's called "Summer". You may have heard of it. Day-um.
