This may fit in the order presented from Q:

SA > US > Asia > EU > Israel

The specific reason may be biblical (based on other Q posts), could be e.g. that Jerusalem will be the fully controlled capitol of Israel (= a major future marker in the bible).

(Keep in mind we're still at step 2, the US.)
