Heavenly Father, Please lift my mind and spirit when I feel crushed by my worries. Allow light and love to constantly flow into my heart and release the doubt and turmoil inside. I trust Your guidance each moment of my life and offer everything up to You. For I know Your love and grace will set me free. Allow me to keep centered, and as I inhale, I fill myself with wisdom and tranquility. When I exhale, I release negativity and chaos. Allow me to transfer that peace with my brothers and sisters, and live each day as an example of faith. Amen.
