A pleading is a written allegation. It basically says, these are the facts I believe to be true, and I’ll try to prove it in court. And then it says, these are the laws I believe were broken, and here is how I suggest we fix the situation. Sometimes lawyers may attach the most important documents or affidavits in support. It may contain an admission, but most do not.
So, does it come down to the judges again? There was so much evidence already in lawsuits (all the way to SCOTUS) but they were almost all dismissed for bs reasons.
Does anyone else think that the Dems have been working the “big steal” for a LONG time - making sure that they manipulated votes in areas that they knew they had judges (and in the case of GA, the entire GOP government) in their back pockets

Actually, an affidavit is the proper venue but the courts are illegitimate and entirely corrupt.
