I used to work at an oil terminal where we took in the colonial pipeline. Colonial was a part of my life for 10 years. The amount of product that came through that line is unimaginable. The fact that it’s down is going to cause some major problems. I just hope they don’t hit the Harbor Pipeline too… that would be even worse. Hopefully they figure this shit out and fix this shit. Trump needs to come back ASAP. This entire country is turning into a giant joke.

What states will be effect the most by this? I seen NC and GA have stations shutting down and VA is not far behind. I heard DE will be massively fucked yet NJ won't?
SC here, already stations putting up "out of gas" signs.
South East is going to get the brunt of this unfortunately. According to Colonial they SHOULD have substantial amounts of the pipe line back online by the weekend.
As far as I know, our terminal was the last one on the line. I guess dele ding on where other lines jump in, maybe product from other lines can be pumped through the areas behind the affected terminals… but I don’t know where others pop in. If I had to guess, with NJ being the end of the line, anything on the line will affect it. I could be getting confused with the Harbor Pipeline ending at our terminal. It’s been a long time since o worked there.
Interesting thought. Maybe liberal states will be spared?
Seems only commie states are not being effected as much.
