Don't forget:

1. The break up of families due to the stresses caused by lockdowns, job losses, etc.
2. Break up of families due to arguments over the lethality of the rona.
3. Suicides
4. Addicts that fell off of the bandwagon because they couldn't handle the lockdowns.
5. The fact that he essentially played chinese checkers (pun intended) with tax dollars to move his studies which were shut down by the NIH to the wuhan institute of virology.
6. The number of small businesses that went belly up while the big companies pulled in record profits.

The list goes on and on. Maybe this is the "It won't be safe for them to walk down the street" thing.
