In all honesty, anyone who I hear making fun of Q sounds like this to me:

"Let's make fun of the concept of worldwide human trafficking and ignore the realities that stare at us everyday. I don't want my worldview to be disturbed by learning I'm being manipulated and used, so any attempt to shed light on the truth should be ridiculed and ignored."
