(Tinfoil Hat) I'm guessing that photoshop of Biden/Carter was made to show that the new oil/gas "crisis" is going to be bigger than Carter's in the 70s? I mean, the whole angle of the shot making the Bidens appear much larger and all. Its so bizarre.
Yep, or just a comm meant to trigger the "carter contingency" and the obvious altering of the photo is part of the way they tell eachother "this is a com"

They obvious named their plan "carter" something, and that's why they could trigger it with that picture. Right?
