The secret service protects current and past presidents.

But what happens if it turns out Biden was never president to begin with? The election was not real. The president was not real.

Does secret service continue to protect?

Could Biden be the first arrest?

I mean, he IS the acting president today. But if it were proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that he is not a legitimate president, does his SS protection status change then? Does he become a former president?
