What do you think the DS planted her there for in the first place? See any specific actions they would want her there for? Just seems like someone whose work has been interrupted.

Cant help but feel her ousting was strategic since the swamp rats got on board. Create a cartoonishly hated public figure that can be put down when you need your enemies to feel like they got a win and settle them down.
