Florida does not get it's gas from ships. Most comes by rail. Ships carry crude. And even if we did, where do the ships get the supply from? Doesn't the pipeline deliver to the refineries, and the Racks (distribution facility)? No states get the gas directly from a pipeline.
I never said Florida has a pipeline at all. I've lived in Florida for 65 years, and all the gasoline I have ever see come into the state is by tanker truck or rail car.
