My Tldr version

Shedding meme was Whitehat disinformation
Designed to help us locate self-spreading vaccine information,
Also connect it to the usual suspects
Showcasing the original plan for the world
Appraise the magnitude of the plan against humanity
Explain the hyperbolic MSM coverage that turned out to not match events
Demonstrating the level of malignant evil that was stopped in it's tracks.

If you're gonna do disinformation, it's got to be plausible convincing to be plausible.

All this is form the point of view of WH operation.

It can also be mapped to a Black Hat source and outcome in equal measure, but you end up with the usual divid & conquer application.
