Yes i'll be curious if they scrubbed the blocks or not. If not then you can get it back if not new data was added to those blocks.
Deleting, by default, just removes the index to the data.
I’m not super techie but my understanding there is no such thing as deleting data. Realistically data is written over instead. I could be wrong but that’s my interpretation
Just check the recycle bin icon, I don't think these people are very smart.
