It probably won't be Wendy's. I tried to go in a Wendy's last year, and someone inside said "Don't even think about coming in here without a mask." I haven't bought Wendy's since. They finally closed the dining area, and they don't get much business in the drive-thru. I expect them to close up in coming months.
