I'm in rural WA and it seems like since November, even the maskless shops went full-throttle masks. A small business shut down over the winter because they were turned in and couldn't afford the outrageous fines (fines were a year's worth of profit). Now I mask when I go there because I don't want them to close again (only local place to get gas).
