Just as an aside, can anyone tell me, with source, if he has ever lost a lawsuit?

I thought I heard a while back that the answer is no; if that is true, that can be a go-to argument to totally make this nonsense I've heard from all over about him reporting selective editing BTFO, because if it weren't true they'd have sued him (and I recall they did, could be wrong) and won.
