There was an interview where she said this is not true, she is not registered as a military lawyer. True, it could be misdirection. For sure there is something more here than meets the eye. Right after the election Sidney and Lin Wood were being referred to as members of President Trump’s legal team. That appearance is maintained a few weeks, then Lin says he was never part of the team.

Next Rudy releases a statement that Sidney was never part of the team. She releases a statement through General Flynn saying she agrees with the statement. Steve Cortes explains it as Sidney is pursuing a criminal case. Since when does a private lawyer pursue a criminal case? Are there covert Special Counsels?
