How can the us military legally intervene and start military tribunals? To my understanding the us military (with exception to the national guard) can't be deployed on domestic soil? Hoping someone who is more knowledgeable can shed some light.

I found it helpful to pause on the documents before he read a section
This is the way
Thank you for the answers frens
awaken the people, allow them to win cases of crimes against humanity on the local levels.
The nuremberg military tribunal trials should require delegation. It has to be agreed upon delegations that made up into the level that numerous cases were solved.
This would most likely be a pro people solution. We need to make our action (especially lawyers and plaintiffs) in order for them to take their way
OR
D.C gets incapacitated. Because of fraud, they would not be able to walk down the streets. This would allow the military to step in to hold a new election. only applicable in the United States but abroad, it would be a different story.
In the end, we all know that satan soros will get executed and be satanized.
They took an oath to defend the constitution. If intervention is what that is, then that is the oath
Two oaths are in effect. The military took an oath to defend our country from attack, AND to defend our constitution from attack.
The cyber warfare attack on our election systems and the election fraud that installed an illegitimate, belligerent government checks both of those boxes.
Agreed
I'm a little off your point but I think the military restrictions thing might be just for police action against our own population. If we get invaded by a foreign entity, I would fully expect/want the military to come on our soil to defend us. We (civilian 'force') certainly don't have the weaponry or training or organization to fight against a foreign, well funded attacking force.
Yeah I hope you are correct. This law of war manual that others referred to is written for a lawyer it seems, and it's gonna take me awhile to understand.
